We ship using Royal Mail and UPS depending on your address and the size and weight of your order.

All orders ship from our production facility in Weymouth, Dorset, United Kingdom.

What is your minimum order?
We do not have a minimum order requirement; however, the cost per pen decreases with larger quantities.
Do you print on one side of the pen or both sides?

While most customers opt for personalization on a single side of the pen, we also offer the option for customization on both sides

Do you provide shipping to other countries?
The couriers we use provide worldwide delivery; however, shipments outside the United Kingdom may incur additional delivery costs.
How much do your products cost?
Most of our personalised pens are priced within the budget category of promotional pens.
How can I pay for my order?
The most efficient and secure payment method is by card, which also provides the greatest convenience for our customers.
What types of personalized pens do PrintPens offer?
We provide a selection of both plastic and metal pens that can be personalised with your custom details.
Are there any hidden charges when ordering from PrintPens?
There are no hidden charges and all prices are inclusive of VAT. The costs for pens, shipping, and VAT will be clearly outlined before you finalize your order.
What is the delivery cost and time frame for orders?
We offer free ‘Standard’ delivery within the UK, with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 working days. ‘Next Day’ delivery is also available for an additional fee. International orders are subject to delivery charges.
Can I preview my pen design before finalizing the order?
You can enter your personalization details and view them instantly. Customize your text by adjusting the font, font color, and even add your own logo, with all changes displayed on the pen for immediate preview.
What if I’m not satisfied with my order?
Please contact us with any inquiries, and we will gladly assist you. As customized products are non-refundable, we recommend double-checking your details and logo carefully before submission.
Where can I find my order history?
To access your order history, please create an account with us. If you prefer not to create an account, feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to retrieve the personalization details from your previous order.
Can I add my logo to a pen?
Yes, you can include your logo. If you require minor modifications or have concerns about the print quality, please contact us promptly after placing your order so that we can make the necessary adjustments according to your instructions.
Will I get proof to review?
No additional proof will be sent after submission. Therefore, please ensure that you double-check all personalization details carefully before finalizing your order.
